Wedged between reef rocks, a black/brown tube sponge can be seen, growing in the shape of a deep bowl or cup. Just above and to the left of the sponge are calcified, calcareous algae formations in shades of pink, purple, and white. In the background on the left, there is a cluster of other small, dark-colored, circular-shaped sponges or marine organisms.
